In the Spring of 2023, we moved from Airbnb to longer leases, at the request of our HOA. We are now on Zillow. Read our testimonials below.

We haven’t changed our attention to detail, however. The reviews reflect the responsive communication our team still provides, along with great furnishings, kitchen appliances, office workstations, bedsheets, linens, etc.

We even stock starter supplies in the bathrooms and kitchen (cooking oils, spices, coffee, tea, etc.) to ease that transition for busy professionals trying to get settled in!

The first of our testimonials. This one from Buket: I stayed at Sammy’s house for about a month with my kids as a single mother. It was secure, quiet and comfortable. The neighborhood is nice, quiet and family-friendly. Sammy and co-host Cheryl were very quick to respond and helpful. We had cleaning in the middle of our stay. They also changed all the sheets and put new ones. The house is just like described. There were lots of amenities. The kitchen was my own kitchen fully equipped. I am nutritionist and the soaps with olive oil and coconut oil took the style to a new style. I liked the no-shoes policy which keeps the house more clean. The fireplace gives the living room a nice and cozy atmosphere. It was like having a luxurious hotel experience in a house. My kids also liked the house very much. The stairs are covered with carpet so for the kids it was safe to go up and down without slipping. I hope to stay here again.

Testimonial from Miles: The Ashburn executive was everything a person who travels but still works from home could need. The office space was more than impressive with everything you would need and more, plus all the wiring pre-landed and labeled so connecting to everything was a breeze. The rest of the house was nice as well, with an elliptical and spacious tubs in the master bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. Close to a major entertainment space - One Loudoun, but far enough away for a quiet suburb feel! There are stores within semi-walking distance, but walking across Russell Branch Parkway can be sketchy as cars don’t like to stop. Sammy and his assistant Cheryl were very attentive and flexible, allowing me to extend my stay last minute, as well as supplying us with missing items, even letting me use some extra washer fluid. Overall a fantastic stay.

Gyms, grocery, dining, friendly neighbors and trails. A weekend getaway was very relaxing and the weekend farmer’s market is an added bonus. The house is set up as a complete setup. The house was very clean and supplied with the essentials for an extended stay with all the conveniences you need to settle in quickly. The host was very attentive and we would definitely stay here again.

Testimonial from Anhdao: My family and I came into town to visit family. This place is perfect. We have 3 small kids, so it was hard keeping them quiet at times. But the place was very kid-friendly. There is a nice little trail around the property. And a cute little park. I’d definitely recommend this property.
