Whole Foods has a built in cafe, where you can get breakfast foods, salads, smoothies, sandwiches, coffee, pizza, and the like. Not all of it is health food of course, but you generally have more options here for healthier fare. Even the indulgent options are most often prepared with higher caliber ingredients. As a bonus, you can grab some groceries while you’re here.
