Location
The Ashburn Executive is located at 20196 Incas Terrace, Ashburn, VA 20147.
Parking
There’s free parking on the premises as the property is in a residential neighborhood. We recommend parking in the garage. It’ll comfortably one vehicle. With the driveway, we can fit two additional cars.
You can charge your EV in the garage using our 48-AMP EV charger.
Keys and Smartlocks
Fortunately, there are no keys to pick up or to risk leaving behind. Access to the garage and to the home itself, all work off of uniquely provisioned access codes for you. You will, however, also receive a physical garage clicker for convenience.
Pets
We cannot accommodate pets (including service, assistance, or emotional support animals). Exceptions: fish in a fish tank or bowl.
Hotels accommodate for pets, including service animals, by allocating rooms specifically for this use. We unfortunately, do not have the ability to do this with our property.
We ant to be able to serve tenants with severe allergies whom we would put at serious risk if we allowed pets. We also have designer furniture that would not hold up well with pets.
As a result, we do not allow any pets on the premises. We can however, try to refer you to other properties in the area, where they may in fact, allow pets.
WiFi and Ethernet
The Ashburn Executive has solid WiFi throughout the house. Verizon FIOS at 100 Mbps/up and 100 Mbps/down. We can upgrade it to be even faster for you, if you wish.
We use a mesh wireless network with a wired backhaul. That means we have a WiFi access point on every floor in the house, fed by a very strong signal, as the house is also wired with CAT-6 gigabit ethernet.
Most rooms come with a couple of Ethernet jacks on the wall that you can plug into, including in the Office.
Television
The home comes with three flat screen TVs.
- Living Room: Home Theatre with surround sound at 65”. This is a 4K TV.
- Family Room: 40” HD TV with sound bar and subwoofer
- Master Bedroom: 40” HD TV with sound bar and subwoofer
All TVs are equipped with an Apple TV 4K unit with “Siri” remote for voice dictation.
There is no traditional cable TV service in the house, as increasingly, everything is available via Internet apps.
The Ashburn Executive caters to and attracts a mostly tech-savvy cord-cutting clientele who prefer to stream content. However, if you’d like a traditional cable box, that can be provisioned for an extra fee.
You’re welcome to log into your own Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO, etc. accounts on any and all of the Apple TV units in the home.
Alternatively, every TV station also comes equipped with a spare HDMI cable (with a “female” connector) available for you to plug in your own Chromecast, Fire Stick, etc., should you have one with all of your personalized settings already set to go.
Capacity
We can accommodate up to five (6) persons who sleep in regular beds, be they adults or children. We have three bedrooms, each containing a bed. Two of these beds can accommodate two people who are comfortable sharing a bed. The master bedroom closet contains a roll out folding bed of the highest quality available as far as foldouts go—a Milliard Diplomat Folding Bed. Hence, a capacity for six people in total.
You may bring a portable sleeping cot for infants above and beyond the six-person headcount. However, you are not allowed to sleep more than 6-non-infants in the home, even with your own portable or makeshift bedding. The Ashburn Executive is not meant to be used as a high capacity hostel.
Infants
Please note that we have no special bedding for infants. We only have regular beds. If you have very young children, you’ll need to bring your own portable cribs / sleepers.
Young Children
While the Ashburn Executive wasn’t designed for young children, it is suitable for children. Only that is, provided that they are closely supervised. It is your responsibility to watch your children and to ensure their safety.
The family room coffee table for example, contains a low glass shelf (which you may temporarily remove and store in a closet, if you have young children).
Parties and Entertaining
This property is in a very quiet residential neighborhood. Please be considerate of your neighbors when entertaining.
Professionally Cleaned
We have a paid, professional cleaning service that comes in after every tenant lease has ended. Here, we perform a deep clean. We aim to welcome you with a professionally cleaned home for your move-in.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully stocked for you to prepare and enjoy home cooked meals. Pots, pans, cooking utensils, and a Ninja blender system compliment the standard kitchen appliances you’d expect. In addition, there are plenty of bowls, flatware, utensils, coffee mugs, drinking cups, etc.
Perishable Supplies
Food
To help you get through that first of settling in, we even provide you with the basics, such as black tea, green tea, honey, whole coffee beans (and both a grinder and coffee machine), coffee creamer, sugar, stevia, salt, pepper, olive oil, coconut oil and more. Of course, there’s clean filtered drinking water on tap as well.
Cleaning
You’ll get dishwasher pellets, washing machine pellets, dryer sheets, sanitary wipes, and liquid hand soap at every sink. We also have clean sink towels at every sink.
Personal Hygiene
We provide liquid body wash and liquid shampoo/conditioner starter packs at both shower stalls for you to use.
Security Monitoring
The Ashburn Executive has a monitored security alarm which is active between bookings.
The home also has 24/7 recorded video monitoring (with sound) for exterior entrances (front and back). The garage is also monitored.
There are no cameras inside the house, however, as we respect your privacy.
You have access to all cameras on property through the Amazon Echo Show device in the kitchen.
Grocery Stores
The Ashburn Executive is located within a couple of miles of several excellent grocery stores, including ones that are open 24/7. You’ll be less than a 5 minutes drive away from Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Giant, and Harris Teeter.
Restaurants
There are plenty of restaurants nearby, some that are even walkable. Whether you’re looking for something quick and inexpensive or you’re looking for the white cloth experience, we’ve got you covered with our own restaurant recommendations.
Fitness
The home comes equipped with a Precor Elliptical machine in the master bedroom, right in front of a wall mounted TV. Additionally, there’s a nearby trail around the community that’s great for walking or jogging and a Planet Fitness gym a short walk from the home.
Further out, there are several higher-end gyms that you can use, all within a 15-minutes drive. Options include Lifetime Fitness, Gold’s Gym, and the Fitness Equation. Most offer a free weekly pass for first timers, as well as paid passes for short durations from a week to a month.
